Download your student or instructor list as a CSV file, for a spreadsheet, a mailing tool or a CRM.
Export
1.Go to Academy LMS → People → Students (or Instructors).
2.Optional: filter the list first with the course filter or search. The export includes only what’s listed.
3.Click Export. The CSV downloads straight away, for example
academy-students-2026-10-01.csv.
The Export button is disabled when the list is empty.
What’s in the file
The student export has one row per student:
