How to use Advanced Analytics?

Academy LMS provides comprehensive course statistics or overviews. You can get a complete overview of the total number of courses, lessons, questions, instructors, students, and other information. Consequently, users may keep track of student data and utilize the reports to make informed choices.

To comprehensively understand your learning management system, reports and analyses are crucial. Academy LMS provides integrated reports and advanced analytics solutions to help with improvements and sales growth. You can see a full report on your entire eLearning site from a single dashboard.

Advanced analytics is a premium feature of the Academy LMS. To use this feature, enable the advanced analytics add-on from WordPress Admin > Academy LMS > Add-ons > Advanced Analytics.

The view tracking mechanism works by counting a visit to a course page as a single view. However, if the same user revisits the page within 6 hours, it will not be counted as a new view. Only visits after the 6-hour window are recorded as additional views. This ensures accurate and meaningful data about user engagement with your course pages.

To access and review the course view analytics, go to the Academy LMS Dashboard. Once there, scroll down until you find the Course View button. Click on this button to see detailed data about user visits to your course pages. The analytics display includes the total number of views for each course page, along with the locations of the users who visited.

This feature is a powerful tool for understanding how users interact with your courses. By analyzing the data, you can measure engagement levels and make informed decisions to improve the learning experience.
