Academy Digital Campus adds a School Information System (SIS) to Academy LMS. It gives your institution a structured way to manage admissions, students, classes, subjects, campuses and guardians. It runs alongside Academy LMS courses, and it can link a subject to a real Academy LMS course so lessons, quizzes and grades flow through.
Note: Admissions, Students, Classes & Sections, Academic Structure, Campuses and Settings are free. Attendance, Timetable, Exams & Results, Fees, Notices, Facilities, Leave Applications, Online Admissions, ID Cards and Multi campus require Academy Pro.
Step 1: Open Academy Campus
Academy Digital Campus adds its own top level menu, Academy Campus, right under Academy LMS in your WordPress admin sidebar.
Step 2: Run the Campus Setup Wizard
On a fresh install, the Dashboard shows a Launch setup wizard banner. The wizard asks what you are building and offers five starting points: Kindergarten, School, High School, University and Custom. Pick the closest match and it pre fills a structure you can tweak afterwards.
Step 3: Add your school’s information
The next step, School info, collects the details shown across the campus and to parents: Institution name, phone, email, website, logo URL, address, Facebook and YouTube. You can change all of this later in Settings.
Step 4: Review classes, sections and subjects
The wizard then pre-fills Classes & sections and Subjects for the institution type you picked. Picking School creates Grade 1 through Grade 8, each with sections A and B, and six subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer, Physical Education). You can rename any class, add or remove sections, and add or remove subjects before continuing.
The step after Subjects, Link subjects to courses, lets you connect each subject to an Academy LMS course so lessons, quizzes and grades flow through. This is optional and you can link later. Turning on Auto-create a course for unlinked subjects creates a draft Academy course for every subject you did not link, so the LMS bridge works right away.
Step 5: Create your campus
The final step, Ready to create, summarizes what the wizard is about to build (classes, sections, subjects per class, terms) and confirms nothing is charged. Click Create my campus to generate the structure. You can edit or delete anything afterwards.
Step 6: See your structure on the Structure Map
After creating your campus, go to Structure Map to see the whole hierarchy: your institution, academic year and terms, then every class with its sections and subjects. The top of the page also totals your Classes, Sections, Subjects, Students and Linked courses.
Step 7: Enroll a student
Go to Admissions and click + New Admission. Choose Existing student to enroll someone who already has a WordPress account, or Create new student to add a brand new student by name and email. Either way you then pick a Class, Section, Academic year and Term, and can fill in personal and guardian details.
Managing the free modules
Once your campus exists, the sidebar gives you direct access to each area:
Turning on Pro modules
Go to Settings → Addons. Every Digital Campus module is listed here as a toggle, grouped under Academic Structure, Academics, Operations and Facilities. Turn on the ones your institution runs, then Save changes.

Pro modules in action
Once a module is turned on, it gets its own sidebar item. For example, Fees gives you Fee Plans, Collection and Settings tabs; a fee plan becomes a product families can pay for.
Exams & Results gives you Exams, Enter Results, Merit List, Report Card and Admit Cards tabs: create an exam, then enter subject-wise marks under Enter Results.
