Academy LMS brings up the Grade Book addon.
The Academy LMS Grade Book addon allows you to introduce a Grade Point System for grading all your courses.
Now, let’s guide you how you can use the Grade Book add-on with Academy LMS.
Step 1: You need to Install and activate the Academy LMS plugin.
Step 2: Activate the Grade Book Addon.
Go to Academy LMS > Add-ons. You’ll find all the available addons here. Look for the Grade Book Addon and enable it using the toggle.
Step 3: After enabling the addon you need to go to the Grade Builder. Go to Academy LMS > Grade Book > Grade Builder to add, edit or modify your grades.
Note: Once enabled, the Grade Book addon by default creates a globally recognised grade list. Which you can modify if required.
Step 4: To add new grades, click the “Add New Grade” button.
You can add the following set of informations:
- Grade Title
- Grade Points
- Color
- Grade Percent From – To
Once all the information is filled, click the “Add Grade” button to create a new grade.
Step 5: To modify grades, click the “Edit” button for your desired grade. And, You can modify the following set of informations:
- Grade Title
- Grade Points
- Color
- Grade Percent From – To
Step 6: To delete grades, click the “Delete” button for your desired grade.
You can also bulk delete the grades. Select the grades you want to delete, using the checkbox. Select “Delete” from the bulk action dropdown. Click the “Apply” button to delete all the selected grades in bulk.
Step 7: Once you’re done with grade creation, these grades are available for quizzes and assignments inside a course.

Step 8: Once a student completes their courses including quizzes and assignments, and it has been reviewed by an instructor, you can see the grades from the following directory.
Go to Academy LMS > Grade Book > Student Grades. Now, click the “Details” button to check the desired students’ grades.
Step 9: Students can see their grades from Course details. Go to Course Dashboard, Select the course you want to see the grade details.
Click the “Details” button, and you can see grades for the quizzes and assignments.
It’s that much simpler to use the Academy LMS Grade Book addon. Hopefully, you can easily use this amazing feature on your eLearning website.
