But, we realized that integrating such a system directly into Academy LMS would significantly increase the plugin’s file size and add unnecessary complexity to the UI (User Interface). A heavy plugin will surely slow down performance and make navigation more complicated for users. Which is not what users want, neither do we.
That’s why we decided to make StoreEngine a separate plugin. But, don’t worry Academy LMS users. Most of StoreEngine’s features will be free for every Academy LMS user.
This way our Academy LMS users will get the best of both worlds. A lightweight LMS full of advanced features and a powerful yet user-friendly native e-commerce solution StoreEngine without extra cost or hassle.
