The Form Builder in Academy LMS is a powerful tool that allows you to create customized registration forms for instructors and students. By navigating to Academy LMS > Settings > Form Builder, you can access this feature and start building your forms.

Available Fields for Form Builder:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email
4. Confirm Email
5. Password
6. Confirm Password
7. Phone (Pro)
8. Text (Pro)
9. Number (Pro)
10. Textarea (Pro)
11. Radio (Pro)
12. Checkbox (Pro)

To create a form, you can select the desired form type, either Instructor or Student. From there, you can customize and build your form by adding columns and selecting fields for each column. You can easily configure the fields by editing their labels, placeholders, and making them required or optional.

The Form Builder allows you to add all the necessary fields for your instructor or student registration form. If there are any additional fields you require that are not available by default, you have the option to customize existing fields or utilize the advanced features of the Academy LMS Pro version to add multiple instances of pro fields.

Withdrawal Options Enabler for Instructor Dashboard

The Academy LMS offers flexibility in managing instructor earnings and withdrawals. You can decide whether instructors can withdraw their earnings directly through the instructor dashboard or if all earnings go through the admin. Here’s a breakdown of the two options:

Go to Academy LMS Settings > Payments. Enable the Earnings section. With this enabled, instructors will see a Withdrawal option in their dashboard. They can view their earnings and Withdraw the amount.
