The Course Schedule feature in Academy LMS enables administrators and instructors to schedule courses to be automatically published at a chosen date and time. This feature is handy for planning course launches and ensuring content is made available at the right time without manual intervention.

Follow these steps to utilize the Course Schedule feature.

Course Schedule #

Access the Course Editor by Navigate to the Courses menu in the Academy LMS dashboard. Click on All Courses to view the list of available courses. Select an existing course to edit or create a new course.

On the course editor page, locate the Publish Options dropdown menu in the top-right corner. From the dropdown, choose the Scheduled option.

Once Scheduled is selected, additional fields for date and time configuration will appear.

After setting the date and time, click the Update button to save the schedule. The course will now be automatically published at the selected date and time.
